Tel Aviv’s Neighborhoods
Tel Aviv is divided into four main areas: south Tel Aviv and Jaffa, central Tel Aviv, north Tel Aviv and north of the HaYarkon.
Old Jaffa, Neve Tzedek and The Kerem HaTemanim neighborhoods will surely take you back in time, to an era where Tel Aviv has begun to take root.
Lev Ha’ir and Central Tel Aviv is where you’ll find an abundance of Bauhaus architecture and many of Tel Aviv’s most famous spots – such as Sderot Rothschild, Dizengoff Square & Mall, The HaBima National Theater, Ben Gurion House and Kikar Rabin.
The most attractive and densely populated neighborhoods in Tel Aviv are Kerem HaTemanim, Lev Ha’ir, Central Tel Aviv, the Old North and Basel Square, with the coastline nearby serving as an anchor to those looking to live within a 10 mins walk from the beach.
These parts of Tel Aviv are very well connected and are easily accessed by foot, bicycle or public transportation. With cafés, restaurants, bars, shops and boutiques at every corner, its’ residents get to enjoy a true city life.
